Data sources
Every product, price and release date on ScooterRadar comes from brands' official product feeds. We re-sync the catalog daily; when a brand changes a price or adds a model, this site changes too. Historical prices are not retroactively edited, and we never accept payment to alter catalog data or ordering.
How rankings work
List pages order products by official list price, ascending. There is no "editorial score", no sponsored placement and no pay-to-rank. When a brand runs an affiliate program and a reader buys through a link, we earn a commission - this is disclosed on every page that contains such links, and it does not influence where a product appears.
What we write and what we do not
- We write buying methodology: how to match a scooter to your needs, how to read manufacturer claims, and what each price tier realistically delivers.
- We do not write fictional "test rides". Where we lack firsthand experience, we say so plainly and point readers to official spec sheets and public owner communities instead.
- We never publish invented specifications (range, speed, motor power) for specific models - the single most common failure of scooter review sites, and the reason our product pages link to the official spec sheet rather than reprinting numbers nobody verified.
Corrections
Found an error? We fix catalog data within 48 hours of verification - let us know. Correction history is preserved: materially revised pages note the update on the page itself, so readers can see when content changed.
Independence
ScooterRadar is operated independently. Brands cannot remove models from the catalog, change rankings, or preview articles before publication. If a brand has a problem with accurate data, our contact page is always open - the data, however, stays.
